On Tuesday, March 22, the Iowa State University Block and Bridle Club as well as the Story County Extension office and 4-H Chapter assisted with (FSQA) Food Safety and Quality Assurance training in Nevada, Iowa to teach 4-H club members about food safety. The training is meant to teach young 4-H exhibitors about proper animal care, trust and ethics when being an exhibitor of any species at their local fairs as well as the state fair. Eight different stations were set up where Block and Bridle Club members taught different subjects. Read more about ISU Block and Bridle Club helps 4-H kids learn about Food Safety!
